Our Indian remy human hair extensions range is designed for 3 months, depending on many factors such as usage, installation, product’s used(such as shampoo, conditioner,etc.), weather, sport/activity, re-taping, maintaining(wash&brush hair at least once a week, plait hair while sleeping,etc.)&other factors. If you are having an issue with your hair extensions or other products. Please bring it to our attention immediately to ensure we can assist further. We will try our best to solve the issue.

The hair extensions life span starts from the date the order has been delivered, not been calculated from the date they were installed. The reason is because it cannot be proved when they were installed. If there is any issues with our product 8 weeks or later, an acceptable life span may be considered. If it happens, they may need to be replaced, re-taped or re-applied. The life span will be reduced significantly by improper use. Therefore, we strongly recommend to have qualified hairdresser to apply our products.

If  you filed a complaint within it’s 2 months life circle, a serious investigation will be launched according to the complaint percentage of this batch. If the issue does exist in this batch, the solution of the issue will be performed at the discretion of the management. If the issue is within the industry standard and no other issues found in this same batch, then there is a high chance of user’s improper use such as improper installation or change the status of the product such as toning, dying and bleaching with any chemical coloring products or else. If the product has been modified, then ALL warranty or quality Guarantees are WAIVED. Toning, dying and bleaching can increase the chance of  dryness, split ends, tangled, matting, pieces slipping and shedding.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Please contact our lovely customer service team member within 30 days. Please indicate the reason you want to exchange or return. Our customer service team will process your return or exchange asap (except holiday and vacations). Please note it might take up to 3-5 working days.

 If any of our products appear faulty, the product can be returned to us for inspection. Please note all products should be returned in the original packaging and have their security elastic band intact. Any products removed from the packaging or their security elastic band tampered with will not be accepted back into stock and returned to the purchaser at their cost.

After return /exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you the return& exchange address. Please return the hair with order number/item number. Please note we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

We DO NOT accept return without our Return Authorization!

AUSTRALIAN HYGIENE REGULATIONS

Once the product has been used, it can no longer be returned or exchanged. We strictly obey Australian hygiene regulations. There is no exceptions under any circumstance.
